What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Write and post job descriptions across platforms
- Support onboarding and maintain team records
- Help plan team engagement activities
- Assist with HR documentation and day-to-day coordination
What we're looking for
- Student or recent graduate in HR, MBA/BBA or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus)
- Organised, proactive and comfortable talking to people
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office
