Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Collaborates with senior hiring managers and business leaders to understand leadership talent needs and critical roles to be filled; reviews and aligns job descriptions for lateral leadership vacancies.
- Assists in developing and refining job specifications and competencies for leadership positions.
- Tracks and manages recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer dropout ratios for lateral leadership roles.
- Identifies and implements the most effective strategies for attracting senior and leadership talent.
- Drafts targeted recruitment advertisements and ensures postings are placed on the most relevant platforms for leadership hiring.
- Sources appropriate leadership candidates and evaluates their qualifications through resume reviews, structured interviews, and professional interactions.
- Connects high-potential leadership candidates with hiring managers and ensures a smooth interview process.
- Maintains proactive engagement with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Provides strategic guidance to hiring managers on compensation benchmarking and salary negotiations for leadership hires.
- Builds and maintains robust networks within sales, IT,



and non-IT leadership communities and the broader industry marketplace.
- Represents the organization at industry events, leadership forums, and job fairs to strengthen the employer brand and attract senior talent.
