This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, LinkedIn hiring, and interview coordination.
? Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and relevant job portals.
- Draft and publish job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Assist with recruitment documentation and onboarding.
? Eligibility & Preferred Skills
- MBA in Human Resources candidates preferred.
- Prior HR or recruitment internship experience required.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and HR.
