Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace at Kinara Grand.

Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR records, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development activities. The role will also be responsible for handling employee relations issues, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to local labor regulations. Collaboration with department leaders to address staffing needs and drive employee engagement initiatives will be a key part of this position.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including workforce planning and performance management (FRESHERS CAN APPLY).
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as handling recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR information systems.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies skills, including drafting, implementing, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal guidelines.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; hospitality sector experience is an advantage.
- Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, and proficiency in basic HR software and MS Office tools.
