Internship Details
Duration: 90 Days
Mode: Fully Remote
Stipend: Unpaid Internship
Time Commitment: 3–4 hours daily
Schedule: Flexible working hours, with tasks and deadlines to be managed responsibly
Key Responsibilities
Job Posting: Publish job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract suitable candidates for different internship and job roles.
Resume Screening: Review applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Recruitment Coordination: Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Management: Maintain recruitment records and update hiring trackers.
Onboarding: Coordinate selected candidates' joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding communication.
HR Support: Assist with recruitment planning and other basic HR activities as required.

Prior HR experience is not mandatory. A willingness to learn, take ownership, and meet deadlines is essential.
