Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management.

The role will support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, handle employee relations matters, and coordinate performance management processes. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment activities, organizing training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster an inclusive and high-performance workplace culture.

Required Experience: 2 to 3 years

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess core Human Resources skills, including Human Resources (HR)



and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess operational HR skills, including HR Operations and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess people-focused skills, including Employee Relations and stakeholder communication.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
