HIRING | HR RECRUITER
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Up to Rs. 25,000 per month (in-hand)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Handle sales recruitment and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely hiring closures.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment.
- Prior sales hiring experience is mandatory.
- BFSI sector experience preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days’ notice period can apply.
