Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Source and screen candidates through various job portals.
- Coordinate interviews and employee documentation.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and MS Office.
