Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruiter with strong experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and manufacturing positions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Job Hai, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
- Recruit candidates for factory, production, design, sales, and corporate roles.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interviews,



offers, and joining dates.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification (BGV).
- Maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment records.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience hiring for manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
- Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Candidates with manufacturing recruitment experience will be preferred.
