The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions while maintaining the restaurant’s hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a qualified and personalised experience.
- Manage table reservations, walk-in guests, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Captains,
and service team to ensure smooth guest flow and table management.
- Communicate waiting times clearly and professionally during busy service hours.
- Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and seating preferences with courtesy.
- Assist in managing guest feedback and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve complaints.
- Maintain an updated reservation record and ensure accurate guest information.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.
- Follow the restaurant’s grooming standards, service etiquette, and guest-handling procedures.
- Support the team in delivering a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
