About the internship

You will learn how to understand technical hiring requirements, identify suitable candidates and support the recruitment process—from sourcing profiles to coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.

Training and learning

You will undergo training to build an understanding of:

- Technology fundamentals: Common technologies, programming languages, tools and technical terminology used in job descriptions.
- Technical roles: What different technology professionals do and how their skills relate to a hiring requirement.
- Industry and domain knowledge: How hiring needs differ across industries, business domains and client environments.
- Recruitment fundamentals: Reading job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening profiles and managing recruitment records.

Key responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements: Review job descriptions and clarify the role, required skills, experience, domain knowledge and other selection criteria.
- Research technologies and roles: Learn about unfamiliar skills and understand how they connect to the position before starting the search.
- Source candidate profiles: Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn,



internal databases, referrals and other relevant channels.
- Review and shortlist profiles: Assess résumés against the requirements, distinguishing essential skills from preferred qualifications.
- Conduct initial screening: Speak with candidates to understand their experience, relevant skills, interest, availability, notice period and compensation expectations.
- Prepare candidate summaries: Record screening findings clearly and share suitable profiles with the recruitment team.
- Coordinate interviews: Schedule interviews, communicate details and follow up with candidates for attendance and feedback.
- Maintain recruitment records: Keep candidate information, communication history and hiring status accurate and up to date.
- Support candidate engagement: Stay in touch with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including offer and joining follow-ups.

Who should apply
