We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and help the organization attract the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to final selection.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and collect interview feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Valuable knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking.
