IT Jobs Factory is an IT training and placement institute. We are looking for a seasoned Ed-tech leader to build and scale our online business, from programs and marketing to enrolments and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the online business strategy, revenue targets and P&L;
- Launch and scale online and hybrid courses in IT and analytics
- Build and lead the sales, marketing and counselling teams
- Drive lead generation, conversion and enrolment growth through digital channels
- Build partnerships with hiring companies, colleges and channel partners
- Track key metrics (CAC, conversion, retention, placement outcomes) and report to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Ed-tech (prior leadership experience not required)
- Proven record of scaling online programs and revenue
- Solid command of digital marketing, sales funnels and team management
- Data-driven, with good communication and stakeholder skills
- Experience in IT, analytics or upskilling programs is preferred What We Offer
