Role Description The Head of Production is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities for HPIPL’s parking systems. This role includes leading production planning, managing daily production operations, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and timeline standards. The Head of Production will coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and installation teams to align production schedules with project commitments.

Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring resource utilization, optimizing workflows, controlling production costs,



and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes managing and developing production teams, enforcing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and reporting key production metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and production management skills to oversee scheduling, capacity planning, and execution.
- Operations management and team management skills to supervise plant activities, lead teams, and improve processes.
- Budgeting skills to manage production costs, allocate resources effectively, and support financial planning.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments, ideally in engineering, infrastructure, or automation-related sectors.
- Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and ISO or similar certifications in production settings.
- Ability to analyze data, use production management tools or ERP systems, and drive performance improvements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments and guide teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior production or plant management role with responsibility for large-scale or complex projects.
