About the Role

Kaveri University invites applications from experienced IT professionals to lead and manage the University's IT infrastructure, digital systems, cybersecurity, networking, and technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud platforms, and digital systems.
- Implement cybersecurity, data protection, access control, backup, and disaster recovery measures.
- Oversee ERP implementation, system integration, and technology-enabled services.
- Manage IT support operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Prepare IT budgets, procurement plans, and management reports.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, asset registers, and technical documentation.
- Monitor system performance, security, availability,



and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the IT team.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Registrar.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering/Technology, Computer Applications, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Master's degree in a relevant specialization is preferred.

Experience 8–12 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, ERP, or IT operations. Experience in a university, higher education institution, or large organization is preferred.
