About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing function across regions and drive brand visibility high quality lead generation sales conversions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across regions
Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads YouTube OTT and other digital platforms
Drive lead generation campaign optimization CPL reduction and ROI improvement
Oversee social media content strategy creative campaigns and brand communication
Manage website performance SEO CRM and Salesforce lead integration
Lead online reputation management and digital quality audits
Monitor MIS analytics campaign performance and marketing budgets
Manage agencies vendors and cross functional teams
Lead teams across performance marketing social media creatives ORM website management and analytics
Mandatory Requirements
10 to 20 years of relevant digital marketing experience
Real estate industry experience is mandatory
Robust expertise in performance marketing lead generation and sales conversion
Experience managing digital marketing budgets and multi region campaigns
Proven leadership and team management skills
