Summary

We’re looking for a driven, people-savvy Growth Strategist to help grow Untangle IT’s business in the CRM and AI space. You’ll identify current opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and help close deals, with direct mentorship from our leadership team. Whether you’re an experienced sales professional or a fresher eager to build a career in B2B sales, this is your chance to learn how tech deals are won and grow alongside a fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery calls to proposals and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with our Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI teams to shape client-focused solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track key metrics, and prepare accurate forecasts.
- Conduct market and competitor research and stay updated on CRM and AI industry trends.





Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 0–4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, or SaaS is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or the CRM ecosystem is a plus.
- A self-driven, target-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
