Role Description The Growth Partner is a full-time, hybrid role based in Indore, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role focuses on identifying and driving growth opportunities across Kountify Ventures’ financial services offerings, including accounting, taxation, and auditing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing and executing growth strategies, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and nurturing client relationships to expand service adoption.

The Growth

Partner will manage key growth initiatives and projects,



track performance metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements to support business expansion. The role also involves cross-functional coordination to ensure that growth efforts align with client needs and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights, collaborate with internal teams, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in growth hacking and sales to design, test, and scale growth experiments and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
- Solid project management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor growth initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Understanding of financial services, including accounting, taxation, and auditing, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, managing responsibilities both in office in Indore and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Experience in business development, consulting, or growth-focused roles within professional services or financial sectors is preferred.
