About the role
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager focused on starting and scaling the US business. You’ll run campaigns end to end, from the first target list to the qualified chance. You’ll own the numbers those campaigns produce.
Our deals typically involve several stakeholders and long cycles. Each campaign has to reach more than one person in the account.
You’ll work with Sales and Product closely. You’ll pick the channels, write the copy, build the workflows and own the outcome.
What you’ll own
- End to end ownership of marketing across channels (socials, email, events)
- Qualified opportunities from target accounts each quarter, against a target you help set.
- Systematic experimentation to isolate specific hooks for each ICP, and build learnings
What we’re looking for
- You’ve grown something from zero. A product, a company or your own audience all count.
- You were on the team that took a B2B company to $5M ARR or beyond.
- You’ve driven growth in the US market and know which channels reach US buyers.
- 4+ years in B2B growth or demand roles, mostly at Seed to Series B companies.
- You run each campaign as an experiment with a sharp hypothesis and a target metric
This role isn’t for you if
- You’ve only done growth at large companies with an established brand and budget.
- You mostly manage agencies and don’t build campaigns yourself.
