Job Responsibilities

Accounts

- Maintain daily accounting entries and records.
- Handle Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries and bills.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Record daily receipts and payments.
- Handle petty cash and expense records.
- Bank reconciliation and payment tracking.
- Maintain salary and staff expense records.
- Assist with GST, TDS and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with CA / auditor when required.
- Prepare monthly income, expense and outstanding reports.
- Track customer payments and vendor payments.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Administration

- Maintain office records and documents.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate staff documentation and joining formalities.
- Handle office requirements and administrative activities.




- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain bills, files and important company documents.
- Follow up on pending payments and documents.
- Support management with daily administrative work.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or relevant qualification.
- Experience in Accounts + Administration preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also be considered.
