ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer who can create visually engaging and emotionally resonant designs for social media, campaigns, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for typography, visual storytelling, digital culture, and contemporary design aesthetics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design engaging creatives for Instagram posts, carousels, reel thumbnails, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with writers, marketers, and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Develop original creative concepts aligned with the brand’s visual identity and communication goals.
- Create culturally relevant designs tailored to digital platforms and audiences.
- Maintain visual consistency across social media and brand communication.




- Apply strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling principles.
- Stay updated on design trends, digital culture, and social media aesthetics.
- Incorporate feedback, adapt creatives, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, storytelling formats, and creative direction.

MANDATORY SKILLS

- Strong typography and visual composition skills.
- Creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital aesthetics.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of layout.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
- Ability to create culturally relevant and engaging creatives.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Illustration and conceptual design skills.
- Strong ideation and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop original visual concepts and campaign ideas.
