Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The trainee will support day-to-day sales and marketing initiatives, including face-to-face customer interactions, campaign execution, and brand representation for client organizations.

Responsibilities include learning and applying direct marketing techniques, assisting in territory management, tracking campaign performance, and contributing to team targets. The trainee will participate in structured training programs, shadow experienced leaders, and gradually take on responsibilities in team coordination, performance reporting,



and basic people management. This role is designed to build a strong foundation in business development, leadership, and operations within a fast-paced environment.
