Position: GM – Architect

Role Overview:

The GM – Architect will lead the overall architectural vision, design strategy, and execution for Abhee Ventures’ premium real estate developments, including plotted and residential communities. The role requires strong expertise in architectural design, statutory approvals, design innovation, and team leadership to ensure excellence in design, functionality, compliance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end architectural design process for plotted developments and residential projects.
- Define and implement the architectural vision in line with company strategy and project requirements.
- Review, approve, and oversee architectural drawings, working plans, and design modifications.
- Coordinate with design consultants,



structural engineers, MEP experts, and contractors for seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, RERA, local bye-laws, and other statutory regulations.
- Incorporate sustainable, cost-effective, and up-to-date design solutions.
- Manage the approval process with government bodies and statutory authorities.
- Mentor and guide the in-house design team, promoting creativity and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with construction, purchase, sales, and marketing teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality, aesthetics, and adherence to approved designs.
- Ensure designs meet functional requirements, enhance customer appeal, and differentiate projects in the market.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed institution.
- 15+ years of experience in real estate architecture, particularly in residential, plotted, and large-scale community developments.
- Proven experience leading architectural design for premium developments in Bangalore or other metro cities.
- Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, local building bye-laws, and approval processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance design innovation with practicality, timelines, and budgets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
