Role Description The Gift Sourcing & Procurement Executive will manage end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination for gift hampers. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves identifying suitable products, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement for corporate and personal orders. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and processing purchase orders, tracking inventory and deliveries, maintaining vendor relationships,



and supporting cost optimization while upholding quality and brand standards.

The role also includes collaborating with the design and operations teams to align product selection with client requirements, budgets, and timelines. The executive will monitor market trends, evaluate current vendors and products, and support smooth execution of bulk and customized orders.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of purchasing processes, including purchase management and preparation of purchase orders.
- Solid analytical skills to compare suppliers, evaluate product options, and manage budgets effectively.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and clients.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing, preferably in gifting, FMCG, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple orders, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office or procurement tools for tracking orders, inventories, and vendor data.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset and interest in premium gifting, packaging, and product curation.
