Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Global Business Development role based in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying and developing international business opportunities, building and managing relationships with global OEMs and partners, and driving international sales growth for precision electrical stampings and laminations.

The Global Business

Development professional will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, prepare business proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to align production capabilities with market needs. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with engineering,



production, and quality teams, participating in client meetings and negotiations, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in International Business Development and International Sales to expand global markets and manage cross-border client relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities, understand industry trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate with stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and international clients.
- Relevant experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing, particularly with electrical stampings or related components, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division, travel internationally as needed, and adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.
