This is not just another sales leadership role. It’s an opportunity to build markets, drive revenue, create high-performing teams, and own business growth in a fast-evolving real estate and hospitality ecosystem.

What will you own?

- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand Colive’s footprint across Hyderabad.
- Revenue & Sales: Own business targets, drive occupancy and move-ins, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
- Market Expansion: Build relationships with corporates, colleges, property owners, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Business Strategy: Develop market-specific strategies, strengthen the sales pipeline, and turn opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
- P&L; Ownership: Drive business performance through revenue optimisation, pricing discipline, and operational alignment.

Who are we looking for?




- A proven sales and business development leader with strong team management capabilities.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, coliving, rentals, or a related consumer-facing business is preferred.
- Someone who understands Hyderabad’s market and can convert relationships into business.
- A target-driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, solid negotiation skills, and a passion for building businesses.
- Someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, speed, and results.
