Responsibilities• Run requirement workshops with manufacturing clients: production, planning, stores, costing and finance teams.

- Prepare fit-gap analyses that separate standard BC, AppSource add-ons and custom AL development.
- Design and configure BC manufacturing: production BOMs and versions, routings, work and machine centers, capacity calendars and production order flows.
- Set up planning (MPS/MRP, planning worksheet, reordering policies, safety stock, lead times) and explain planning results to client users.
- Configure inventory costing, overheads and variance analysis, and reconcile manufacturing postings to the general ledger.
- Configure related areas as needed: assembly orders, subcontracting, item tracking, warehouse picks for production.
- Plan and validate data migration for items, BOMs, routings and opening stock.
- Write functional specifications for our AL developers and test what they deliver.
- Prepare UAT scripts, train client key users and support go-live and hypercare.
- Coach and review the work of Latitude's junior functional consultants.
- Help build our toolkit: manufacturing discovery questionnaire, fit-gap template, migration templates and a demo company.

Must haveManufacturing implementation experience is mandatory. Applications without it will not be considered.





- 5+ years as a functional consultant on Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
- At least 2 end-to-end manufacturing implementations taken live in BC or NAV, with your role in each clearly stated.
- Hands-on configuration of production BOMs, routings, work/machine centers and the full production order lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of MRP/MPS in BC and of why the planning worksheet suggests what it does.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing costing in BC: standard, FIFO and average costing, overheads, variances and cost adjustment.
- Ability to run client workshops and write explicit functional specifications in English.
- Experience with BC SaaS (cloud), not only on-premises NAV.

Nice to have• Microsoft certification MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant Associate).

- Background as a production, planning or cost accountant in a manufacturing company before consulting.
- Experience with Indian manufacturers and BC India localization (GST, TDS, e-invoicing).
- Experience with manufacturing add-ons from AppSource (process manufacturing, quality control, shop-floor data capture, scheduling).
- Exposure to warehouse management (directed put-away and pick) for production.
- Experience with Copilot or agent features in Business Central.
- Hindi or Gujarati, for workshops with shop-floor staff in Gujarat.
