Role Description This is a part-time, in office role for a Full Stack Python Trainer based at the Hyderabad campus. The trainer will design and deliver classroom-based training on Python and full stack development, including backend, frontend, and related tools and frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, conducting interactive sessions, and guiding learners through hands-on exercises and real-time project work.

The role involves assessing learner performance through assignments and evaluations, providing individual feedback, and mentoring students for interviews and placements.



The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to refine course content, align training with industry requirements, and support technology workshops and special batches when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Python programming and backend development (e.g., Django, Flask, REST APIs).
- Candidates should possess skills in frontend technologies for full stack development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, responsive UI basics).
- Candidates should possess experience with databases and related tools (e.g., SQL/NoSQL databases, ORM frameworks, basic performance optimization).
- Candidates should possess proficiency in software development practices (e.g., version control with Git, debugging, testing, and deployment fundamentals).
- Candidates should possess effective teaching, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess experience designing curricula or training content, including hands-on labs, projects, and assessments.
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or industry professional in full stack development is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage part-time teaching schedules, and adapt to evolving technologies and course requirements.
