- Full-time on-site role
- Co-ordinating with clients
- Visit 6 to 8 property visits in a day
- Take measurements and photographs
- Draw the building layout
- Market study for identifying the true value of properties on a practical level.
- Furnish the detailed valuation report of immovable property
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering
- Looking for fresher / up to 2 years of experience in property valuations
- Positive communication & writing skills
- Computer skills such as Excel, Word etc
- Driving license & bike is mandatory.
- Bengaluru based Candidates & immediate Joining preferred.
