Role Description This is a remote contract role for French Teacher, German Teacher, and Spanish Teacher (Fresher). In this position, educators will plan and deliver online lessons, introduce and reinforce vocabulary and grammar, and support learners in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles and levels.



Teachers will also participate in occasional training or coordination sessions and maintain clear communication with learners and the foundation’s academic team to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in French Teaching or teaching French as a foreign language, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated Teaching and Tutoring abilities, including lesson planning and classroom or online session management.
- Background or interest in Education, with an understanding of learner-centered approaches and basic pedagogy.
- Experience or willingness to engage in Teacher Training, continuous learning, and professional development.
- Proficiency in German or Spanish (depending on the role), with accurate grammar and pronunciation.
- Comfort with online teaching tools and platforms, and the ability to conduct interactive virtual classes.
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills, with a supportive and inclusive teaching style.
- Relevant academic qualification in languages, education, or a related field; certification in language teaching is an advantage.

- For fresher roles, internship, volunteer teaching, or tutoring experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
