Crawl Digitally is a digital marketing agency helping brands grow through creative strategies, social media marketing, and performance-driven digital solutions.

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Founder’s Office Intern who will work closely with the founders on day-to-day business operations, team coordination, research, social media insights, and growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, understands social media, enjoys solving problems, and wants to gain firsthand exposure to how a digital marketing agency operates and grows.

? What You’ll Do:-

- Work closely with the founders on daily tasks, business priorities, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating projects, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely follow-ups across teams.
- Research social media trends, industry updates, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Help monitor the agency’s social media presence and identify ideas to improve online visibility.
- Support brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, content ideas, and business growth initiatives.
- Assist with client coordination, internal communication, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
- Help organize business information, reports, presentations, and operational documents.
- Coordinate with the marketing, creative, and performance teams to keep projects moving smoothly.




- Identify process improvements and support the implementation of new ideas.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and help ensure important priorities are completed on time.

? What We’re Looking For:-

- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Awareness of social media trends, digital marketing, and online brand building.
- Good research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Comfortable coordinating with different teams and handling multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, presentations, or similar productivity tools is a plus.
