Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Forward Deployed Engineer with full stack development experience. In this position, you will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their technical and business requirements, design solutions, and implement AI-native systems in their production environments. You will build and integrate backend services and APIs, contribute to frontend components as needed, and collaborate with data and ML teams to operationalize AI agents and automation workflows.

Day-to-day responsibilities include writing production-quality code, troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, deploying solutions on cloud platforms, and documenting architecture and implementation details. You will also partner with product and consulting teams to iterate quickly,



deliver high-impact features, and ensure that solutions are robust, secure, and maintainable.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
- Experience (5 to 8 years) with Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including building APIs, services, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in one or more contemporary languages (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript, Go).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), distributed data systems (e.g., Databricks, Kafka/Confluent), and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to work directly with customers, gather requirements, and translate needs into technical designs and deliverables.
- Comfort with full stack development, including working with web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and data-driven applications.
- Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills in production environments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, data engineering, or agentic automation is a plus.
