Role Description The Finance Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Finance

Executive will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting monthly and annual closing processes. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, managing GST-related compliance and documentation, and assisting with internal audits and reconciliations.

Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and help improve financial processes and controls to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of core finance concepts, including Finance and Financial Reporting.
- Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements.
- Knowledge of taxation and compliance, particularly Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying variances, and supporting decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
