About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Account Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, financial documentation, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
- Assist with preparing financial statements, reports, and account summaries.
- Handle bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining expense reports and financial records.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Support GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve account-related queries.
- Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure the confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Valuable numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
