The role includes managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations, handling accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payment tracking. The candidate will be responsible for preparing profit and loss (P&L;) statements and balance sheets, supporting month-end financial closing, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations using Oracle NetSuite.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have

- Candidate must have 3-8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience preparing P&L; statements and balance sheets.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Positive communication and coordination skills, particularly with international stakeholders.

Location: Candidates from the Delhi NCR region will be preferred.
