About the Company

Arrow Elevators is a Jaipur-based company specializing in Goods Elevators, Car Parking Elevators, Hospital Elevators, Hydraulic Elevators, and Home Elevators.

Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Female Back Office & Operations Executive to support daily office operations, sales coordination, customer communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update lead databases using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with Field Sales Executives and maintain daily call and visit reports.
- Prepare and send B2B quotations, AMC proposals, and follow-up emails.
- Handle customer calls, breakdown complaints, and AMC renewal enquiries.
- Maintain records, prepare documentation, and update internal systems.
- Track orders, installations, appointments, and pending tasks.
- Assist with invoices, payment tracking, and basic financial documentation.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data formatting.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional email communication in English and fluency in Hindi.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of invoices, payment tracking, and office documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Technical background.
- Previous experience in sales coordination or operations.
