Rent An Attire is a designer occasionwear rental platform offering premium outfits for weddings, pre-wedding celebrations, and special occasions. We make designer fashion more accessible through rental while promoting a more sustainable approach to fashion.

We’re looking for a fashion-forward, proactive, and creative individual who enjoys styling clients, has a knack for sales, and is interested in creating engaging content for a fashion brand. This role combines customer styling, retail sales, outfit management, and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Styling & Consultation: Understand clients’ preferences, occasions, and requirements to recommend suitable outfits and complete looks.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Convert customer enquiries and store visits into bookings, provide styling recommendations, and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Outfit Readiness & Coordination: Coordinate with tailors, alteration vendors, and dry cleaners to ensure outfits are fitted, finished, and ready for customer trials, pickups, and deliveries on time.
- Trials, Fittings & Alterations: Assist clients during trials, understand fitting requirements, coordinate alterations, and ensure outfits are ready as per customer commitments.
- Store Content Creation: Create engaging Instagram Reels, stories, photos, and other content showcasing outfits, styling ideas, recent arrivals, and the overall store experience.
- Visual Merchandising & Store Management: Maintain attractive outfit displays, organize merchandise,



and ensure the store is presentable and welcoming for customers.
- Booking & Inventory Management: Track bookings, outfit availability, trials, pickups, and returns to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Customer Follow-ups: Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, trials, bookings, payments, and pickup schedules.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and personalized experience for clients from their first enquiry to their final outfit pickup.

Requirements

- Freshers with a genuine interest in fashion, styling, and retail sales are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with clients.
- An eye for fashion, colour coordination, silhouettes, and occasionwear styling.
- Basic knowledge of stitching and garment alterations
- Interest in creating Instagram Reels, stories, and other social media content for the store.
- Willingness to appear on camera when required and participate in content creation.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, sales, or content creation is an advantage but not mandatory.
