Role Description The Factory Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kunnattur.

The Factory

Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and coordination across departments to meet output and delivery targets. The role involves monitoring and improving quality standards, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements, and optimizing resource utilization to maintain high levels of efficiency.

Manager will lead and mentor production teams, address operational issues, implement process improvements, and collaborate with senior management on performance reporting and strategic initiatives. This position requires close interaction with quality, maintenance, logistics, and other internal stakeholders to support smooth factory operations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee end-to-end factory workflow and output targets.
- Experience in Quality Control to maintain and improve product standards and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to optimize processes, resources, and overall factory efficiency.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising multi-shift production teams.
- Knowledge of textile or garment manufacturing processes and familiarity with safety, environmental, and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze production data, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
