Role Description The Farmer role at Platinum HR Solutions – PHRS is a full-time, on-site position based in Pusad. The role involves performing day-to-day agricultural activities such as preparing land, planting crops, irrigating fields, applying fertilizers and pesticides as per guidelines, and monitoring crop health. The Farmer will operate and maintain farm equipment and tools, assist with harvesting, sorting, and packing produce, and help ensure proper storage and handling of agricultural products.





The role includes following safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and keeping basic records of activities or yields as required. The Farmer will work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals and support efficient farm operations.

Qualifications

- Practical experience or solid interest in agriculture, crop cultivation, and farm operations.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safe use and maintenance of farm tools, machinery, and irrigation systems.
- Attention to detail in following instructions related to planting, input application, and harvesting schedules.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn modern farming practices and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read instructions and keep simple records; prior experience in farming or related work is an advantage.
