About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented DataOps Specialists (Linguistic & Logical Reasoning) to contribute to AI evaluation, data annotation, and quality assurance processes.

This role involves evaluating AI-generated text and speech, identifying linguistic nuances, assessing logical consistency, and ensuring high-quality datasets that support AI/LLM model improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate, annotate, and review AI-generated text and speech data.
- Assess linguistic accuracy, semantics, tone, contextual intent, and ambiguity.
- Identify logical inconsistencies, reasoning gaps, and unsupported conclusions.
- Maintain annotation accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
- Document edge cases and contribute to annotation guideline improvements.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Implementation, and ML teams.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience (Mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in US English and/or Indian English, along with Hindi.
- Excellent understanding of grammar, semantics, linguistic nuances, and logical reasoning.




- Ability to evaluate complex arguments and identify inconsistencies.
- Experience working with structured guidelines and quality-driven processes.
- Prior experience collaborating with Delivery or Implementation teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in Linguistics, Languages, Philosophy, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Experience in Data Annotation, Content Review, Quality Assurance, or AI/ML Evaluation.

Only experienced professionals currently residing in Bengaluru are eligible to apply.

- This is a 100% Work From Office opportunity at our client's office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in office.
- Laptops and all necessary working tools will be provided at the workplace.
- Candidates are NOT required to bring or use their personal laptops.

Contract Duration & Extension:

The engagement will be for a minimum contractual period of 12 months (1 year), with a provision for extension based on individual performance, quality of deliverables, adherence to project standards, and ongoing business requirements.
