Purpose of the Job: To ensure customer satisfaction with respect to product.

Major Responsibilities: Production: Analyse production figures sift wise and identify reasons for shortfall if any & discuss with superiors / subordinates for corrective & preventive action, Monitor rejections and scrap and analyse reasons to take corrective and preventive actions

Co-ordination:



Co-ordinate with Tyre building and final finishing for smooth inflow and supply of in process material / with other departments like HR, IED, PPC, Engg., Technical etc to tackle day to day issues.

Optimum Utilisation: Ensuring optimum utilisation of available manpower, machines & other resources.

Control of Management Systems: Effective control of existing management systems with respect to quality, environment, health and safety. Control includes conformance to norms and authority to stop production as part of adherence to all IMS requirements

Industrial Relation: Co-ordial relationship with workmen and unions for maintaining discipline in shop floor.

House Keeping: Initiate activities to improve the general upkeep of the shop floor. Ensure clean and protected work area by conducting audits

Skills: Knowledge of Production processes

Knowledge about tyre manufacturing

Knowledge about QMS and QC Tools

Knowledge about Engineering

Relevant Experience: 2-4 YEARS
