Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Exam Manager to manage end-to-end examination operations for online academic and non-campus programmes under IIT Madras CODE.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate online and offline examinations.
- Manage examination schedules, proctoring, and operational arrangements.
- Coordinate with academic teams, faculty, technical teams, and examination vendors.
- Address examination-related student queries and grievances.
- Maintain examination records and prepare reports.
- Ensure smooth conduct of examinations and adherence to institutional policies.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in examination management, academic administration, or assessment operations.
- Robust coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.

Role Location: IIT Madras, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: In person
