Role Description

This position is responsible for end-to-end production management for corporate and live events, including planning timelines, coordinating technical and creative requirements, and ensuring flawless execution on event days. The role involves working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to translate concepts into detailed production plans, manage budgets, and oversee logistics such as staging, audio-visual setup, and show flow.

The Event Production

Manager will also monitor risk and contingency plans, supervise on-ground crews, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction across all projects.

Qualifications

5-10 Years experience in corporate event industry In bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Media, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.

- Candidates should possess robust Event Production and Production Management skills for end-to-end event delivery.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Budgeting skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and financial controls.




- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in live events, corporate events, or experiential marketing.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibiities:

Event Planning & Logistics

- Lead planning and execution of on ground and virtual events
- Develop detailed production timelines, layouts, and schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event elements are aligned

Vendor Management

- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency

Technical Coordination

- Supervise all technical aspects including AV, lighting, stage setups, and other production elements
- Liaise with technical teams for rehearsals and live execution

Budget Management

- Prepare and manage event budgets
- Track expenses and ensure cost optimization without compromising on quality

Client Communication

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production process
- Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction

Key Requirements:

- Proven ability to manage large-scale corporate events and multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of technical production elements
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when require
