We are looking for a full time, on-site Event Coordinator based in Thane to manage event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, client communication, and on-site execution. Responsibilities include assisting with proposals, registrations, event setup, and ensuring smooth event delivery.

Experience

- Experience in event planning, coordination, and management.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Sales support and lead follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant experience in events, hospitality, or marketing is preferred.
