Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in EV servicing or automobile maintenance is preferred.

We are seeking a technically skilled EV Bike Service Engineer to handle servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric bikes while ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of EV bikes.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults.
- Troubleshoot battery, motor, controller, wiring, and charging-related issues.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and functional tests.




- Explain vehicle maintenance and operating procedures to customers.
- Maintain service records and spare parts requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding service schedules.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and service standards.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of EV systems, electrical wiring, and basic electronics.
- Troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Knowledge of multimeters and basic diagnostic tools.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
