FTE Opportunity: Workday Reporting Consultant – Prism Analytics

We are currently looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant for an opportunity focused on Workday Prism Analytics, advanced reporting, dashboards, and data-driven business insights.

Role: Workday Reporting & Analytics Consultant

Primary Skills: Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards

Domain: Workday HCM and/or Financials

Location : PAN India (All Tier1 Cities)

Important Note : This role requires hands-on expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards. Candidates should have a robust understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data transformation, and business intelligence concepts.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- Practical experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including dataset development, data pipelines, and analytics solutions.
- Experience developing and maintaining custom Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation.
- Experience integrating and transforming data from Workday and external systems for reporting and analytics.
- Understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.




- Experience translating business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of data accuracy, data integrity, and data governance.
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics datasets, data pipelines, and business reports.
- Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support HR, Finance, and business operations.
- Integrate data from Workday and external systems for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Transform data from multiple sources into meaningful business insights.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and governance across reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights.
- Support end users with report development, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Optimize report performance and continuously enhance Workday analytics capabilities.
