Role Description The Equity Dealer role at 3i FINSERV LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

The Equity

Dealer will execute equity trades on behalf of clients, monitor market movements, and manage orders in line with regulatory and internal compliance guidelines. Daily responsibilities include tracking stock market trends, providing trade-related information to clients, maintaining trading records, and coordinating with the research and advisory teams to optimize client portfolios. The role also involves responding promptly to client queries,



ensuring accurate trade execution, and supporting the overall trading operations of the firm.

Qualifications

- knowledge of the Stock Market and practical experience with Trading activities is preferred.
- Expertise in Equities and understanding of equity instruments and market behavior is must.
- Solid foundation in Finance and Investments, including portfolio and risk management principles.
- Ability to analyze market data, use trading platforms, and work with relevant financial software.
- Effective communication and client service skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, NSE) are an advantage.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in securities markets.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely, informed decisions.
