Role Description The ERPNext Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ERPNext modules to meet client business requirements in an efficient and scalable manner. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring workflows, developing custom scripts and reports, integrating ERPNext with third-party systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, maintaining documentation for implemented solutions, and supporting deployments and user training.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in ERPNext development, including customization of DocTypes, server-side scripting, and client-side scripting.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Python or JavaScript for backend and frontend development within the ERPNext framework.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in database management and querying, preferably with MariaDB or similar relational databases.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and REST APIs for integrating ERPNext with other systems.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in analyzing business processes and translating them into efficient ERP workflows and configurations.
- Relevant experience with Frappe framework, version control (e.g., Git), and Linux-based deployment environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate in a team workplace.
