The trainer will travel to designated project venues across Tamil Nadu, represent English Partner, and deliver structured English communication training based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to designated project venues across Tamil Nadu to deliver training sessions.
- Represent English Partner professionally at client locations.
- Conduct English communication and spoken English training using structured, effective teaching methodologies.
- Adapt training approaches to suit different learner groups and proficiency levels.
- Encourage learners to improve their spoken English, confidence, fluency, and communication skills.
- Ensure the successful execution and completion of assigned training projects.
- Maintain training quality and provide updates on project progress.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching English through systematic and engaging methodologies.
- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu based on project locations.
- Ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds.
