Role Description The Electrical Panel Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and detailing electrical control panels for industrial machinery and automation systems. This full time, on-site role based in Pune City involves preparing electrical schematics, layout drawings, and wiring diagrams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and customer specifications. Day-to-day tasks include selecting components, coordinating with mechanical and production teams, reviewing technical requirements, and updating documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The engineer will also support installation and commissioning activities, troubleshoot design issues,



and suggest design improvements to increase safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Electrical Engineering and Design Engineering skills relevant to control panels and industrial automation.
- Candidates should possess skills in EPlan, Autocad tools for electrical and panel layout drawings.
- Candidates should possess Electrical or Electronics Engineering background to collaborate effectively on enclosure and machinery integration.
- Candidates should have knowledge of electrical standards, safety practices, and industrial components (switchgear, PLCs, drives, relays, and protection devices).
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and create detailed technical documentation, with strong attention to accuracy and quality.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in office.
- Prior experience in panel design, industrial automation, or machinery control systems will be considered an advantage.
